In an attempt to eat healthier and get in the kitchen more, I’ve been making a quick granola and fruit yogurt bowl to jumpstart my day or to eat as an energizing snack. The best thing about this dish is you can really throw anything you have lying around into the mix. The protein from the greek yogurt is balanced with the natural sugars from the fruit and if you add in other superfoods like flaxseeds or chia seeds (like I did above), you have a perfect healthy meal!
G R A N O L A & F R U I T Y O G U R T B O W L
Greek yogurt (I like Chobani or the Trader Joe’s brand)
Granola (I used Kind Granola)
Fruits (Bananas, blueberries, raspberries above)
Chia seeds (available at Trader Joe’s or health food stores)
A bit of honey
Scoop the yogurt into a bowl. Top with fruits, granola and other toppings. Drizzle with a bit of honey or maple syrup if you’d like!
